These sessions are designed to increase your running and swimming stamina, technique and general fitness. To receive notifications for these training sessions simply sign up to the Biathlon or join Crantock Surf Life Saving Club. To the left is a video of the first training session of the year – held in the Gannel (Crantock).
Also available are regular swimming sessions on a Thursday morning – Newquay View Campsite, from 6.45-7.45am every week.
Open water technical swim clinics are held throughout the summer and offer verbal and video feedback, as well as swimming drills to iron out any problems with your stroke. These are generally held for groups of between 4-6.
